The User acknowledges having read this legal notice and undertakes to comply with it. The User acknowledges that he/she has been fully informed of the fact that his/her agreement to the content of these General Terms and Conditions does not require a handwritten signature of this document, but results from his/her sole consultation of the Site.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

The User undertakes in particular not to :

– contain viruses, Trojan horses, “worms”, time bombs, “cancelbots” or any other computer program intended to damage or clandestinely intercept any computer system, data or personal information; attempt to mislead other users by usurping the identity or a corporate name or by damaging the image or reputation of other persons and/or by posing as a third party or as an employee, authorised department or affiliate of Terre Promise; disrupting, slowing down, blocking or altering the normal flow of data exchanged within the framework of the Site; fraudulently accessing, maintaining, hindering or disrupting Terre Promise’s information systems and in particular the servers and networks connected to the Site, or refusing to comply with the required conditions, procedures, general rules or regulatory provisions applicable to the networks.
The User undertakes to comply with the relevant legal provisions applicable to information circulating on the Internet and/or the Site and shall in any event remain solely liable for any infringement of the rights of third parties that may result from his/her use of the Site. The User is the sole judge of his/her legal, contractual and/or judicial right to access and/or use the Site. In this respect, by using the Site, the User acknowledges that he/she is not violating any legal, contractual or statutory provision. The User undertakes to use the Site and Services for purposes that comply with public order, public safety and accepted standards of behaviour and shall in any event remain solely responsible for any breaches of public order, public safety and accepted standards of behaviour that may result from his/her use of the Site.
In general, the User guarantees Terre Promise against any claim, action and/or demand to which it may be subject in this respect and undertakes, in this respect, to pay all the sums, damages, costs, lawyers’ fees and expenses which Terre Promise may be ordered to pay.

The general structure, as well as the software, texts, images (animated or not), sounds, know-how, etc. and all other elements making up the Site are the exclusive property of Terre Promise or its partners.
Any total or partial representation of this site, without the express authorisation of the site operator, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement.
The trademarks of Terre Promise and its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site are semi-figurative or not and are registered. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos, made from elements of the site without the express permission of the operator of the website is therefore prohibited.
The present General Conditions do not imply any transfer of any kind of intellectual property right on the elements belonging to Terre Promise, or its assignees such as sounds, videos, photographs, images, literary texts, artistic works, software, trademarks, graphic charters, logos for the benefit of the User. Any other use not expressly authorised in writing and in advance by Terre Promise is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with
We only share your data to enable our website to function properly. For example, visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
